This is like a whip on steroids. Works great for thicker batters like pancakes or cake and muffins. Very easy to scrape out a bowl or pan. I have joint pain and this is a lot easier than using a wooden spoon or silicone spatula.

This thing is too bulky and cumbersome to really do anything with. Too stiff to scrape sides of bowl like a spatula.
