A simple wire balloon whisk will do a much better job on egg whites and whipped cream but this is the utensil for thintomedium batters and other heterogeneous mixtures

I like it but the handle isnt very ergonomic too narrow to get a really good grip on it

I believe youre supposed to insert it into a machine but we do it by hand
