I don’t use it to stir hot pots on the stove topi think the temp is 500 degrees

I think there is one that goes to 600 degrees but this one is great used daily and the material’s integrity seems untouched

The di oro ones i tried were not at all wellcrafted

They had thick clumsy edges with a seam left over from the molding process to complicate matters
