Theyre stiff enough to stand upright in the dishwasher and on my kitchen counter but flexible enough to slide into a gallonsize zipper bag to funnel 7 cups of chopped tomatoes you have to freeze because you cant make soup like you planned because the kitchen drain is kaput

I have a medium to small trash can and its so easy to just bend these and drop the scraps right into the trash bin without anything falling over the sides which is what would happen with a traditional cutting board
