Purchased this in 2019 for my f350 dully. Got this for a 2023 tacoma. It has an extra shroud such that another brand's 2.

O-rings are nice for making sure it is snug and dampening vibration. I like that they include o-rings (and extras) that don't allow it to rattle.

Nice lock, great value for the money

I had completely lost the previous lock (brand x) and a $200.

For the money, this is a fine upgrade to the pop metal pin that came with my oem lexus tow receiver.

Shipping

This product arrived immediately and performed well and secured.

I contacted towworks asking about a replacement lock and they immediately sent me a new one free of charge.

Packaging/appearance

It was all packed nicely in a cardboard container contains foam with cutouts for all the parts (pins, keys, clips, extra o rings).

This was a really nice package and the pins look great.
