They were easy to install and fit my double cab truck perfectly just as the product description states

So all we had to do was attach the running boards themselves to the preexisting factory mounting holesfor lack of a better word located on the frame of the truck

Of course as instructed we had to loosen the other bracket bolts to adjust the fit of the running boards to the frame itself

They stick out enough to protect the side of the cab and high enough right above the lowest part of the frame so it won’t catch on anything on trails

Even though it’s stated they won’t fit the 3rd gens by the seller these are actually a direct bolt on part as the holes underneath both 2nd gen and 3rd gen tacomas for running boards are the same

These are awesome i wish amazon sold more oem tacoma parts
