The lock came with the cam lock attached but the directions show the installation with out the cam lock attached

Note just because it is locked does not mean you bike is 100 secure

I had the tonneau cover installed and then the forks of the bike could not access the unit mounted to the rail

It is threaded in reverse of what i would expect which im reminded of every time i attempt to tighten it down

Its also very awkward with having to hold the spring cover back while turning the lever to tighten or loosen it
