This little plastic part is the key component to the entire rear brake light system. Took me less than one minute to replace each. This is an actual oem replacement factory part, it is not an aftermarket copy.
Replacement for 2003 highlander's inoperative brake light. Fit my 2005 toyota highlander perfectly. Worked great on a 04 toyota highlander.
Fit like a champ. Easy installation. Saved me a trip to the dealership. Simple as installing a light bulb.

So 9 times out of ten if your bulbs are still good but yet not working this is most often the cause
