Cons
Bad voice clarity and bad for calls. Absolutely no bass at all, poor sound. Such a waste of money.

I mail through customer service with few hours she replyed few steps but doesn't work that steps.
The replacement process was smooth, and i received the new earbuds in a timely manner.
Packaging/appearance
Tozo a1 earbuds had a great packaging and the user manual was so handy.
1) packaging good2) sound quality was the highlight, bass, treble and vocals very balanced, very smooth to the ears.
Competitiveness
Bettr than boat and other so called mid range airpods.
After a long time other than big brand, i heard some good sound.
