Pros

Tozo charger is an essential part of my travel gear, ensuring i'm never left with a dead device on the road. This charger has been used for my macbook pro and drone. It is capable of charging my ipad pro, macbook pro, phone and more.

Plug it into outlets and makes a sizzle sound. Solid plastic, mechanically satisfying clicks of unfolding power prongs. The foldable plugs make it very easy to stow away when not in use.

Cons

After the warranty is gone, the ac wall plug begins to get loose and eventually will not work well. It sparks if you try to unplug it and plug it back in. The writing is so small i cant read the usbc outlets.

Have no idea how durable it might be. This charger is not safe and has proven very tricky to use. Seems like a cheap * product.

I suspect they know they have a problem and hid their support page. Looks like other reviewers have experienced the same problems.

I'm extremely satisfied with it specially for the price.

If i had paid 50 dollars for this power block, i would have given it 4 stars.

But because of the great tozo pricing, it’s definitely a 5 star product.

Shipping

Replacement expected 7-10 business days by mail.

I reached out to tozo customer service and i received a response and resolution immediately.

I also bought the tozo pb1 pd portable charger to replace a decade old portable usb charger, and also bought it for my parents for xmas.

I use this for my android devices, ipad, microsoft surface pro, lenovo yoga laptop and just about everything.
