Pros
Tozo is my favorite personal audio brand. Their customer service is responsive and quite helpful too. Manufacturer is responsive. Easy to send a replacement or fix an issue.
These things are amazing! And by far these outdo them for 40 bucks. These are truly waterproof.
This is my first set of earbuds that are noise cancelling.
The battery power, sound, customization (with the app). Wireless charger. It lets in the outside noise in like a conduit, while you listening to something.
Tozo app is easy to use and connects quickly. The sound is awsome. Way over my expectation on what i thought it would sound like.
Cons

These are my favorite earbuds i’ve ever had, the sound quality is amazing and the bass is very impressive!
The charging case is very useful and well built.
Sound quality wise, i was almost upset i spent so much on the bose headphones i had.
Anc is great at blocking out most of the sound, i can’t hear people talking if they’re not in the same room as me
Price
For the price these can't be beat!
Really nice product for the price i already bought 4 of them for my family.
I’d say for the money these are 100% worth it.
For the price i really like the features.
Shipping
I also had very good help in customer service, i had questions, they responded quickly and patiently, i would definitely recommend them.
Plus the customer service for all of them is easy and helpful in sending replacements or fixing issues.
Any questions i’ve had were answered quickly by tozo service.
Competitiveness
A nice rival to a google pixel bud a- series with the added noise cancellation feature being a bonus.
They compete well with my much more expensive samsung bud pros.
Before looking at name brands, give this brand a chance.
I thought there would be a significant tradeoff using cheaper priced buds but its hard to tell a difference.

The seem to have like a small mike amplifying a bit of the outside noise so you can hear ambient noise with the buds fully inserted
