I've had to warranty one set (of 3 purchased) and tozo is always very responsive.
Completely snuffs out engine noise on a plane even in the rear seats.
These earbuds connect flawlessly to anything from tv, mobile phone or laptop.

According to the price i have enjoyed this ear buds.

Competitiveness
Good to very good noise cancellation when compared to much more expensive competitors.
Really a good one compare to my last one which is sony.
The noise cancellation is very good, better than the nc9, but i think those are more comfortable than the nc7, at least for my ears.

Consit is a bit annoying that one has to unleash the blutooth from one device before it can be connected to another device

Really like that you can turn the anc completely off if you dont need it but when its on the noise cancellation works

I probably listen 8 total hrs every day and have only had to stop listening to recharge once or twice since they do a great job of topping up in the case
