What a fantastic quality product and fantastic service. Very comfortable to wear and don't get too hot in my ears when working out. This is a phenomenal product and it keeps on surpassing all of my expectations.

Cons
Sending back for refund. Can't even get a refund now as over 30 days. Seriously thinking about sending these back.
If you are in a quiet room with no music playing, they produce a loud rustle. Sound quality = deep bass, brain scratching highs, no mids and vocals suppressed by the amount of low and high frequencies.
One or other earpiece constantly disconnects from the bluetooth so they need to keep being put back in the case to reconnect. Range is also an issue, any obstruction affects reception. Tozo app does not recognize them as nc9 but as t6, therefore could... Read More
Anc mode isnt great. The so called anc is all deceiving. Transparency has white noise problem even worse.

It goes to show you only pay the amount for the name and not the quality.
Price
The noise cancelling is much better than anything else i have tried at this price.
Competitiveness
The sound quality though is nothing compared to the earpods, its a lot tinnier.
