Pros

My favorite feature is noise canceling. Blocks out most of office chatter, ac rumble, fan noise, traffic outside. Nc9 has a clean backside (just charger gold contacts) compared with the nc7 which also has a magnet and optical sensors.

Customer service is top notch! Also, customer support is the best and they respond quickly.

I really love, love, love these noise-cancelling ear buds. I normally wear ear plugs while mowing the lawn. I have also been using the earbuds to stream video while i'm using my (noisy) stationary bike.

The instructions to reset are impossible because there is never a purple light and you no matter how fast your two clicks are; you are not resetting these buds. After charging for 3-4 hours with the low amperage charger, the buds go dead after 30 minu... Read More
