If i need to find a bad thing you cannot adjust the volume directly on the earphone

My left earbud stopped working got a response from customer service within a few hours telling me how to fix it and when that didnt work they offered to send me a replacement one

I’m really impressed with these t10 bluetooth earbuds which are particularly comfortlable when they’re in my ears

I wasn’t expecting sound quality on these earbuds to be so good normally when i have used earbuds in the past the stereo effect was almost non existent and the sound quality was poor compared to the t10 earbuds

The volume control is alright for these earbuds with the simple button pressing system that comes with it but there’s no volume change setting programme in the earbuds to allow handsfree control
