Pros
Took a long time to find the right ear bud size. Noise cancellation is okay too. Touch to pause always says forward instead of pause, but maybe that's just my circumstances with gloves and all.
The build quality is very good they are reassuringly heavy. Look awesome. Sound awesome.
Cons
The sound is terrible because they aren’t inserted properly. There is a constant hissing background noise that completely destroys any premium feeling to them. The sound quality is about 6. Out of 10 on the sony xperia 1ii and 6.
Long review warning*so. How disappointed was i. These are ugly to look at as well. That’s how poorly designed these are. Box is very plasticy & cheap looking.
They squeeze my ears from the inside out and are too painful to enjoy the music. The pain continues after use, its a truly dreadful experience.
The design is bulky and uncomfortable in the ears. The other gripe is that the case has a little loop to be able to attach a lanyard. They’re way to bulky for a lot of people.

Great sound, great features and quality materials.
Can easily go 3-4 hours with one charge, high quality sound with very profound bass, perfectly fit into your ear (even when running).
Unfortunately, the little mesh circle that keeps the sound canal clear of debris came off and got stuck in the bud part.
Sound quality good, slightly awkward to remove from case
Price
Very impressed for a low cost set of earbuds.
Overall, great value for money with very decent sound.
Anyway £36 before a discount i gave them a whirl and i'm very glad that i did as they are perfect.

They were incredibly prompt, attentive, and customer-focused.
Then, as soon as these were completed and sent, another reply received advising that tozo would replace the earbuds-immediatley.
Competitiveness
These are yet another great pair of earbuds by tozo.
I dealt with carcel throughout and it was easier to deal with the same person each time.

We then had a problem with one of the earbuds not charging properly and so i contacted tozo as the earbuds were still in their warranty period

I wouldnt want the noise cancellation to be any more than it is because i want to keep some awareness of my surroundings

If someone wanted to use them to shut out sounds from a very noisy environment i suspect they would struggle
