Only issue was the delayed delivery time, but that's on amazon, not the product.
Ordered these early this morning to take on holiday; they arrived just after 7 so all good to go tomorrow !

They come well pack, already charged and lots of spare ear tips, which is great.
Competitiveness
I don’t have to turn the volume up as loud as a different brand i had.
Some say they are comparable to airpods.
