This product was really good because of the quality of the build, the case snapped shut easily and the earphones never fell out of my ears.

Much better than others (more expensive) earbubs.

However, has lasted less than 1yr as i purchased it last september but it has started to literally fall apart.

And order enacfire e18 bluetooth now .

    The right bud as master runs out of juice faster than the left

    The left bud after 9 months stopped working and tozo sent out a replacement set which was great service

    Unfortunately there were occasional issues such as the headphones unpairing from each other but generally this could be fixed by resetting

    However i was easily able to contact tozo regarding the issue and they soon offered to send a replacement set of the headphones through the free 1 year warranty i had on the product and without me having the hassle of sending the faulty set back
