I don’t think any of these chargers are supposed to be able to, as apple watch has its own type of magsafe charger.
The wireless charger cannot support the full 60w.
It's also great with my tozo earbuds.
Using it to charge my tozo nc2 wireless earbuds as we speak and it's working perfectly.

I bought a different wireless charger and found that once you put it on charge if you need your phone you need to take it off charge which spoils the battery over time

Pros small size only about 3 inches in diameter and very slim rapid charging would be even faster with the ac adaptor built in usbc cable which is handy so you dont lose the cable if youre carrying it around with you and works well with power bankslaptops magnetic designed to work with the magnets on the iphone 12 so it locks into place and lets you lift and use the phone whilst still charging much cheaper than the official apple charger clean aesthetic looks good on a deskcons fixed length cable 1meter long this might be annoying if you need something longer e
