Cons

On phone, i have been disconnected multiple times after lengthy wait times in the queue and brainless runaround troubleshooting instructions. Did a quick google search and saw many posts about driver problems with xp and no solutions.

Low quality. Not worth the hassle to return and fight about the warranty at the price. What a disappointment.

Technical support is chinese and difficult to understand. They consider it would be easier that i reply to you directly. Do add insult to injury, it comes with a cd - what am i supposed to do with it?
