Nice antenna but the point where the plasticfiberglass portion of the antenna connects to the metal bracket it nothing short of shoddy

The weather caulking cracked the first time i installed the antenna requiring additional caulk

This tells me that there is probably little if any attachment inside the antenna to support it

If youre buying this for outdoor use i highly recommend resealing the base of the antenna as the glue is likely to not be properly adhered

Just make sure that if youre within about 20 feet of the antenna you keep within its projection cone
