Highlights
Quality
So far great switch, easy to install and no drops in data
Easy to use with no fans quick setup
All ports tested working and i have had it installed for about 4 months and to this day not a single issue.
After several days my temps are only at 37c, actually lower than the optical sfp+ transceivers.
Price
It's definitely a great value for the money.
The tplink jetstream tl-sx3008f met all these goals at a good price point ($230 in june 2023).
You can buy the 1g sfp on ebay for $5-10 each in lots of 5-10.
I purchased this because of the price point even though i was a little skeptical.
Shipping
Excellent seller, quick shipping and as described!
Competitiveness

Also, the software this runs (as with the other tp-link devices) is gpl free open source software.

The one gotcha is that the tplink site and manual both claim jumbo frames to be supported out of the box

This is inaccurate you must feed the switch a dhcp lease go to its web ui and enable jumbo frames manually
