Pros & Cons
Pros
Simple, cheep, efficient, effective. A feline. This and a cat 8 cable yield 900+ mbps download speeds.
Think of it like a splitter for your ethernet (wired) network. More than adequate for small business / professional developer use. Light, so depending on your cable setup, you might need to use some double-sided tape to keep it from sticking around.
Cons
On those rare moments i can actually ping from my desk to my router, packet loss is 60-80%. Most of the time, however, just cant past second switch.
Cheap, so it’s replaceable. Quality is deplorable. Avoid like the plague.
Worked initially then conked out. I understand how to troubleshoot tech, and know this device was no longer working properly.

Bought to chuck into a crevice and never touch again in a place where vlans are not necessary.
“network not connected” would pop up and fade away at random… hourly.
Price
Nice switch that works well at a great price
This little switch does everything i need at about half the price of the previous one i had.
Very happy that $14 solved a host of headaches - just wish i found this sooner.
I literally have a mesh router that was $500, built for gaming and streaming.
Packaging/appearance
I'm so used to the ancient ones i used growing up that were massive, i laughed when i saw the tiny box this arrived in.
Competitiveness
44w, this switch basically has 10% less power drain than tp link's other eco friendly model.
4w, compared to the fancier tl-sg105 model which pulls 0.
