The only downside is that you cant use a mobile app to update any of the settings and the app you need to install on windows or mac isnt very user friendly but it works clue click on the earth logo to update the wifi hotspot settings

Remember once you have set up you will need to get your device laptop tablet or phone to look for the tplink signal and use the password found on the adapter to recognise it

Once that is done your device should be happy switching from you router to adapter if you move it from one end of a property to the other

Make sure the room where yo wish to send wifi to is on the same ring main as the unit that is connected tho your router and like me youll now have wifi in your garage
