The switch is fast and has two features i needed, poe and vlan support. They both work well, but updates for v2 stopped a couple years ago. The poe and gigabit speeds work great.

Each network device has a unique mac address that is set at the factory. This means it associates mac addresses with specific ports.

Cons

Pretty solid switch worked good for a year and a half then would not work with poe (guessing the power supply is failing, not the switch).

The password cannot be more than 8 characters, which is just stupid and very insecure in todays day and age.

Highly recommended, it’s coming at a great price, and it keeps everything more secure as you do not have to run wi-fi on your devices.

If you're willing to tinker, this is definitely worth the money.

For the price it would recommend it along with all of tp link products.
