Pros

Easy to set up, easy to use. Good coverage in my house from a good distance away from the router. If you are having trouble with your extender shutting down or displaying a red light, there is a software update you can install. Slight issue though con... Read More

Cons

Did not extend, nor boost. Mesh and 6e backhaul simply do not work. As this extender has been on sale for almost a year, i have little confidence the promised firmware upgrade will ever arrive.

I called customer service and got through quickly on a saturday afternoon to daria who was very friendly and helpful.
