Open the omada app, and on the very bottom choose the standalone aps. Once up online and configured, the app confirms that set up is complete.
She "it's a great router. It's very easy to use. You don't have to be a tl or a hd to use it.
Cons
Amazon's wi-fi booster/extender is misleading. It's not a wifi extender. Amazon won't honor the warranty.
Tried troubleshooting being able to connect to this unit for 3+ hours. Tried pinging the unit itself when connected to router and received no responses. For some inexplicable reason, the camera keeps disconnecting while recording.

If your usage is like mine and you just want to have wifi in more places than just your main home wifi then and let me stop to say this took 10 hours of trouble shooting to figure out so easy it should be in big bold letters on the boxmanual here we go

Ok plug your eap 225 into your main wifi router and set the wifi name and password on your eap 225 with the same namepassword as the main wifi router youre plugging into

Going the route i did of all my wifi routers namepassword being the same prevents issues with the 34handshakes34 back and fourth when you go from being on your home wifi to then connecting to your eap 225 wifi or in my case eap 2 or 3 4 etc

Your internet provider assigns a dhcp number to your modem and then your wifi router gives each device phonecomputer an ip address

If you dont have an 34out port34 on your wifi router for cat5 or cat6 cable then youll need to get a switch port think they make smaller 4 or 6 port switches
