Works well so far after 4 months.
Highly recommended for users of bt, virgin or talktalk who are unhappy with the cheap rubbish you get lumbered with!
One last thing, it works with the tp link tether app.
Packaging/appearance
Was easy to set up just log in to the router 192.
Have some devices on the 5ghz band and some on the 2.
In addition the speed of the internal network is much faster than i was getting on the homehub.
Competitiveness
This is a well spec'd xdsl modem/router at an affordable price and vastly superior to the standard kit provided by isps.
Can use my chromecast and fire stick without interruption now!
I have this hooked up to a synology nas, which with gigabit lan, goes hand in hand.
The wireless coverage of this thing is excellent and my laptop reported a 300mbps link.
