I recently purchased the tp-link wi-fi 6 ax3000 and was immediately impressed by its solid build quality and sleek design.
This extender made my wifi go from 10mbs to 350 mbs in my room which is in a bit of a deadzone in terms of the wifi signal.
Took all of 5 mins to get up and running - worked first time - actually kicked in as a mesh extender off its own accord (it was... Read More
Price
This wifi extender works great, especially for the price.
What's not to like, plus it wasn't that expensive and there's no subscription.
I had looked at the wifi boosters from our broadband provider, but they wanted to charge £8 a month.
The cheaper one did not work at all so we had to push the boat out and get this one.
Competitiveness
Bought this product after i tried a cheaper version, it’s a day to think that a cheaper alternative will be the same.
Other companies (big names) charge double to treble for the same type of router.
This isn't quite the 900mbps you get with a direct connection but it's a lot better!

With a standard wifi connection i got download speeds of only 125mbps but when directly connected to the router via an ethernet cable i got 900mbps im on full fibre

Generally i dont think people realise how badly wifi networks can throttle the download speeds even if they have a great full fibre connection

I initially thought this device would work as a wifi extender by simply picking up an existing wireless signal and boosting it
