It came in original packaging with new cables, and it works as described.
Competitiveness
I've tinkered with asus, dlink, netgear, and tplink are, by far, the least problematic of them all.
There are no less than a combination of 15 wired/wireless devices connected to this router and none of them experiencing any issues.
The router has comparable range to my asus rt-au68u that recently died.

The only trouble i ran into was during the initial set up because it was an amazon warehouse deal and whoever had this router previously didnt delete their info so i just had to do a hard reset on the router to successfully set it up for me

I saw there is mesh stuff but have not try this as the router kind of cover the whole flat easily

I disable igmp snooping as we have such a little lan i also test other multicast protocols like ieee1588 so i dont need igmp snooping in the past with igmp snooping my multicast did not work
