It works fine but i needed the v1 for linux this item is v2 it was my mistake but i can make a use for the v2 for my desktop as it dose the job

I bought this product with the purpose of using it for wireless pen testing on kali linux and so far the tplink usb wifi adapter has been a simple plug and play

The card can only support speeds up to 150mbps which should be enough for most devices assuming you arent doing any highspeed transfers over a network

Im in a temporary residence where there is wifi but no hard wire and since my desktop pc only has hard wire for wifi i bought this tp link

It was inexpensive you plug it into a usb slot and the rest happens by itself and hey presto my pc now has wifi

This item was bought as the built in wif receiver on the pc was unable to get in range of the router it not only got in range of the router but it improved the speed of the previous one
