Pros & Cons
Pros
Tether app works brilliantly.
The ax1800 is worth every penny, it outperforms the hub 4 in every way, performs much better than expected for the price. If you have a vm router/modem this is a great upgrade.
Cons
Tp-link tp-line extender is not as fast as advertised. Only fast ethernet ports for the wired connections. Customer received a full refund even past the return date.
Only solution is to reboot the router. Have to reboot daily, lag on internal network is worse than vm superhub.

Price
I needed a second one but the price had increased since purchase so i purchased a different one for another location.
Shipping
The ax1800 was quick and easy to set up.
Packaging/appearance
Was easy to set up and gets the work done.
Competitiveness
I recently upgraded to the tp-link ax1800 wi-fi 6 gigabit dual band wireless router, and it has been a game-changer for my home network.
Trying to set this up is difficult to say the least (typical tp-link) more a case of trial and error until you get lucky!
But like a lot of tp-link products its set up is not straight forwards.

Others have said it but it really is worth moving away from isp supplied routers if you want anything decent and this is only a mid ranged hub

Unfortunately i was seduced by the vodafone super fast broadband marketing

Unbeknown to me was the fact that the new “super vodafone hub” is not backward compatible with smart plugs bulbs other devices that only run on 2
