My d9 came with out of date firmware so i needed to download new firmware

It is important to note that the new firmware makes a big change to the user interface and the default configuration procedure that it tries to run after the firmware upgrade may not be compatible with any changes that you might make to the configuration so check the firmware and update it before you make any changes

It took me about two hours of trying various things to get into the configuration screen to be able to get it running after the upgrade since i had been playing with the configuration first
