Pros

Signal strength is excellent, as is the bluetooth connectivity. Got it for connecting my xbox controller and wireless headphones. With ethernet the single is 500mbps so that's why i keep the cable as my primary connection.

The box looks aesthetically pleasing. The card is easy to fit. This card also has a heat sink on it, this greatly improves performance.

It works fine out of the box with current lts kernels used by ubuntu, it's flavours and of course linux mint. Works very well. Multiple bracket options. Firmware is based on the latest version of the linux kernel.

Cons

This is such a * product and shouldn’t even be allowed to be sold.

Overall, this adapter constantly drops out and cannot achieve speeds higher than 30mbps at best.

The tp-link card is notorious for not being easy to get working with windows 10. The v1 version is only compatible up to windows 8.

0 port on my motherboard and securing the card with the original blanking plate screw.

Some issue with connecting to my bose qc 35 ii headphones, but i think thats more likely an issue with the headphones than the card.
