Wifi bumped up to 220mb/s after installing my wifi is only good for 250mb/s wired.
I had an old wireless card installed which was very inconsistent with speed, fluctuating between 10-60mbps.

Bought a cheap and as it turned out, nasty unbranded pci-e wifi board from a chinese supplier on a "well known auction site".
Could be better but worth what i paid
Maybe its the motherboard or the wifi connection but sometimes it disconects but still probably the best wifi card for this price

Straight out of the box the card was detected and installed with no issues and i was able to connect to my network however every 15 minutes or so it would drop the connection and i would need to reboot the computer to get it reconnected

Checking the device manager i see that the driver windows installed was very out of date 2016 so i downloaded the newest software from the tp links website installed the updated driver and i have had no issues since

Updating drivers should be done anyway but i know some people sometimes forget so if you have this card and are having connection drop issues try updating

Problem old pc that didn’t have access to wifi

Managed to pop open the pc side panel had to remove a usb card to free the port for this card
