The only way at the time of writing to get ssh and vpn to work is by speaking to their support team and getting the beta firmware until they do an official release

Unfortunately at this time the modemrouter does not support connecting to a remote ssh server

The connection is initially made and then after the password is entered it drops out of ssh with a packet write wait connection to remote

I have spoken to support who sent me a beta test firmware to try this fixes the ssh problem but does not fix the vpn issue

Considering the price of this product its ridiculous that these items are not supported especially since even some of the cheapest products on the market have no issues in this area
