Regarding performance i did a speed test with my laptop connected directly to the cable modem via an ethernet cable

Then i performed the speed test again but with the the cable modem connected to the 1st power adapter via an ethernet cable and my laptop connected to the 2nd power adapter via an ethernet cable so no wifi involved
