Pros & Cons
Pros
Downstairs wi-fi is just as fast as direct ethernet connection, 500mbps compared to 350mbps on the c80. Wifi 6 good too. Great wifi backhaul.

They are pricey but they do perform. They are quite good looking units though so they wouldn't be too obtrusive. It’s well worth the heavy investment, if you require consistently high speeds.
Cons
At less than -40dbm there should be very little attenuation of the broadband speed into the router. The claim of getting 1167 mbps is blatant lie, and is totally unachievable. Media do not support turning off the nat functionality.
