Unfortunately a few days ago the smart plugs stopped working and i tracked it down to the guest network as a problem.
Price
This router is great value and easy to setup and use with a range of features.
I already have a nice router from this brand and have always had issues with range so when i saw this at a discount i grabbed it.
At the time of purchase, it was also one of the cheapest options.
Packaging/appearance
Got this because the virgin media box is crap.
Competitiveness
I like it so far as it's more configurable and more private than the hub 2.
Then last month i switched to a openreach gigabit fibre to the premise (fttp) link with vodafone.
Only to find that this router is not compatible with the deco mesh system.
Allissues are now gone and connection/speed is even better.
