Cons
The app for the phone is, in my opinion, equally difficult to use. Shunting around poorly arranged menus is not much fun.
But for god knows what reason, these devices will only connect via ethernet if their wifi is connected. The problem is definitely not the master unit, which is connected to my gigabit fibre.

Opted for a 3 pod mesh which i have tried fritzbox, netgear and asus wifi 6 systems but had issues with all of them.
Price
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Definitely a "yes" if you can live with the addition yearly cost for the advanced features.

Initially thinking to get tplinks 6e system as its more affordable but this system was reduced by £100 a couple of days ago and i took the plunge to make my network just a little more future proof

The bottom line is i want a fast and reliable network around the house as my kids now old enough to start streaming their own shows and playing online games then my wife and myself who is a content creator means that i am constantly uploading and downloading

Also it used older techs with weaker antennas means that i would be lucky to get a quarter fibre speed in kitchen and bedrooms

Well for a start to my surprise i am now getting almost full fibre speed 980mbp up and down from a 1gbp line this compares to previous around 600 when i stand next to the mesh disc thats connected to the fibre modem and down to around 280 in the kitchen

Its still fast by any means but as said as soon as my kids are back from school the whole network slows down
