Note it says it has poe power over ethernet but the photo shows a power supply input however it is not clear if there is a power supply in the box good news it does come with one

Not saying poe does not work im sure it does but if you do not have poe coming from your router or switch then you will need the power supply

I created one invisible ssid for employees and run some vlans from the router

My advice disable your modems built in wireless and just use the tp link instead as the only wireless access point
