The new switch also uses leads that are wire nutted to the circuit wires and not terminated on the switch itself.
According to the manual, a reset will wipe all the settings and return the switch to factory settings.

00 per switch and the other 2 are already installed.
Could be faster but is best bang for buck
It should be an easy job for any professional electrician, and should not be terribly expensive.

I replaced both flood lights with weatherproof gfci boxes.
Competitiveness
You also can’t beat the price, compared to the leviton brands from home depot.
The switch integrates seamlessly with alexa with the tplink/kasa app skill.
I purposefully bought the other brand because of that, but they did not have ul certification which i became worried about.
Aoycocr unfortunately doesn't sell a 3-way switch so i've tried both treatlife (trash) and gosund (ok) as well.

It doesnt matter which wire goes to which on the switch so long as you keep the two line and loads for each switch straight from each other
