Absolutely perfect as has all tplink switches and extenders that i have used.
Just bear in mind it doesn't do 24v passive poe so if you wantto use it with ubiquiti kit you need poe injectors.
Because i gutted my house and remodelled it starting a few years ago i ran in cat6 everywhere.

Ps when configuring your switch make sure to save the config which is on the top right of the screen other wise when you have a power cut it looses it all and you have to start again i learnt the hard way haha

I get it its a poe device so expelling heat is important but it just needs to have a better fan curve when the device isnt under heavy load

Ive worked around this by adding some 5v adaptors to the two internal fans to slow them down while still pushing a good amount of air from the unit no warranty stickers and only a few screws to remove to get inside

And it only works with other nontp link switches if you switch off spanning tree

Secondly unlike a mesh system each unit is back to the router thus not reliant upon repeating signals and all the guff and speed reduction that comes with it
