Tried different sims with same result and also tested the sims in 2 different phones and they work fine

It is self loading as far as software was concerned it was easy to navigate round and having a large sim card made it even easier

Will not recognize any sim that i insert just keep on flashing the red led which the manual tells me no sim or sim card not recognized
