Pros
Good product and works perfectly so far. Only change is i have to create a wifi channel which run 2. Wifi. Easy to install as a diy. Can monitor/operate when away from home.

Can't beat price and reliability of the product.
00 when i purchased wifi timer boxes for my pool pump and sprinkler.
Not a major update but it was still nice to see that it has some added functionality at a lower price.
Competitiveness
This may be a deal breaker for some, but i already have similar feit ones in place.
The problem is that nec did not require a neutral wire until recently, so even some newer homes don't have this.

The shiny plastic is not appealing but i found this works while offline and directly connects to the homeassistant kasa integration even provides a few more data points then kasa while being cheaper

This looks identical to the kasa switch and works with the same tapo app which is compatible with tapo and kasa devices but it has some added functionality that you can set up in the app which the kasa is lacking

For example you can set it up that every time you turn on the switch it turns itself off after a set time which is great if you want to use it in a storage room for example or if you want to use this to control a bathroom exhaust fan so it can turn off automatically after x set time in the app

It also has a delayed shut off option which is great if installed on a light in a very dark area and you need time to walk away before the light goes off

The overall profile is fairly slim which is good if you’re installing it in a cramped box

However instead of screws typically found on switches it has preinstalled wire leads which you connect with the supplied wire nuts
