Pros
It really comes down to the app. They install in minutes and provide clearer video and sound than my telus home security system. It's only a few screws and still saves having to trace wires anywhere.
The picture quality is amazing, specially on wifi. The clarity of the camera is fine at night. The 1080p is razor sharp even though they go up to 2k.
The only downside is it is not wireless so you will have a chord to keep it charged.

Cons
Unless it is a human or something of like size the detection is nonexistent. I have other tapo cameras that can pickup a moth flying past. It never works the way it should; it misses anything important.

For the price this camera works really well.
This camera is way too good for the price.

The ir is excellent and much better than other similar camera (foscam c2, wyze v3).
The app is super easy to use compared to others i’ve tried and the camera itself has great picture quality for both day and night!
The app is better than anything i've had experience with for something comparable.

Probably causing the camera to select a 5ghz channel that couldnt work because the camera is only 2
