I bought this because my aging motorola modem kept disconnecting from the service

Previously i was only getting 16mbps over ac 1500 wifi

It only to a phone call to the cable company and about 10 minutes to wait for the service to activate on the new modem

The cost was minimal compared to what i had already paid and so i ordered it hooked it up spent some time on the phone with my cable company and i believe the company that made the device i bought now that was a time consumer but once i got the cable company to accept the signal the product has worked ever since that was more than six months ago
