Reliable and as fast as my dsl connection will allow.
Competitiveness
I use this unit with a tp-link archer c59 router and all is well.
It is more consistent than the dlink adsl modem we had been using for a few years.
And tp-link customer support didn't seem like they wanted to help all that much at first.

This modem does have the ability to utilize vlans which we do not incorporate at the house
