Highlights
Quality
Great solid bit of kit - no fuss does what it should do and does it well.
Plug in add four lines of data - synced straight in with bt broadband - would buy again - thank you
Lots of drop outs and inconsistent performance with multiple users.
Separating the modem from the router means my hard-wired devices stay online every time the wi-fi router needs a reboot.
Price
Tremendous value; if you know what you're doing, an ideal modem for an apple network.

Competitiveness
This £11 device has way more settings than the homehub did as well.
It has 2 ports, 1 from the cisco (which handles my lan), and 1 to my phone line (for broadband access), power socket and on/off switch.
I'd call it cheap and cheerful, but that's unfair as it's more like excellent value.
