The setup required back and forth calls between centurylink and tplink with the outsourced customer service

In the end the setup was not that difficult had i been able to understand the overseas part better primary reason for the one star deduction

This product is working fine for me on century link dsl although it does not appear on century links list of approved devices

However installing it took way longer than it should have because century link gave me incorrect information on three different calls to their tech support

As advised in the installation instructions i called cl first to obtain my username and password
